Couples therapy can support you in the beginning, middle, or end of any relationship. The therapeutic process is about gaining insight and learning how to positively adapt to your present circumstance. It offers a safe environment to openly discuss your fears, challenges, needs, triumphs, and strengths to identify ways to move forward with respect and clarity.
No matter how you define what a family is, therapy can provide support by identifying patterns, redefining boundaries, improving levels of understanding, and increasing connectivity. The therapeutic process supports you by defining how each person can have their needs met, while promoting the health of the family as a whole .
Beyond your partnerships, family relationships, and friend relationships, personal needs are equally important to explore. Individual therapy is aimed at providing a supportive environment that generates a new perspective, helps identify your goals and desires, and facilitates the change you want to see happen in your life.
